Case summary
Region 10 and the Nez Perce Tribe have signed three Administrative Orders on Consent (AOCs) that was proposed to address Safe Drinking Water Act violations at the North Lapwai, South Lapwai, and Kamiah water systems on February 7, 2012. The AOCs are effective as of March 15, 2012. The Nez Perce Tribe will address all violations for their water system�s failure to conduct required monitoring, report violations to their customers, and/or submit reports to Region 10.
