Case summary

On February 28, 2012, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order resolving Wilbur Ellis Company’s FIFRA violations. In the settlement, Wilbur-Ellis agreed to pay a $50,320 civil penalty for the sale and distribution of misbranded pesticides.
