Mellick Road Extension project is a construction site with 5.6 acre disturbance in North Idaho outside of Post Falls. Owner Monuments Heights, LLC, was unpermitted and former general contractor, ACI Northwest, Inc., was barred from the site by owner. Administrative Order, and Information Request (AO) dated October 28, 2011, compelled owner Monument Heights, LLC, to obtain Stormwater Construction General Permit coverage, update/recreate SWPPP, and stabilize site before the fall/winter rainy season begins. The AO also clarified former general contractor ACI Northwest, Inc.’s inability to be an operator.
