EPA Region 10 received information from an April 13, 2010, Oregon Department of Agriculture inspection that Wilbur Ellis in Hood River, Oregon was selling and distributing a misbranded pesticide. EPA’s review of the inspection report found that the facility was selling and distributing “Supreme Oil,” with an improper EPA Establishment number, in violation of Section 12(a)(1)(E). EPA is issuing this stop-sale order to instruct the facility on how to come into compliance and to insure that misbranded products are taken out of the marketplace.
