Case summary

Stimson Lumber Company is a wood products facility located in Plummer, Idaho, within the exterior boundaries of the Coeur d’Alene Indian Reservation. Stimson Lumber Company failed to submit a timely permit renewal application at least six months prior to the date of expiration of its Title V air operating permit.
