EPA Region 10 issued six Administrative Compliance Orders on Consent to Tribally owned and/or operated drinking water systems and two Unilateral Administrative Compliance Orders to privately owned and operated drinking water systems that are located in Indian country for violations of the Safe Drinking Water Act and the National Primary Drinking Water Regulations. The drinking water systems of Quinault Lake School District 97, Olympic Trailer Park Court, Burns Paiute, Port Gamble SKallam, Simnasho Schoolie, Martha Boardman, Ford, and Red River/Lake Terrell either did not conduct the required monitoring, had a maximum contaminant level exceedance violation, failed to report violations to their customers, and/or failed to submit reports to the EPA Region 10 Drinking Water Program.
