Case summary
EPA Region 10 Drinking Water Unit and the Burns Paiute Tribe agreed on an Administrative Order on Consent that was proposed to the Burns Paiute Tribe on May 18, 2011. The AOC was effective on June 28, 2011. Burns Paiute Tribe have addressed all violations for their water systems failure to conduct required monitoring, failure to report violations to their customers, and/or failure to submit reports to the EPA Region 10 Drinking Water Program. The AOC is now closed as of January 30, 2012.
