On September 28, 2010, the Tribal Pesticide Circuit Rider (Circuit Rider) inspected Primeland Cooperatives Inc., in Craigmont, Idaho and found Mobay Di-Syston 15% Granular Systemic Insecticide for sale and distribution. The product was canceled and had outdated labeling. The June 20, 1986, EPA accepted labeling made Mobay Di-Syston 15% Granular Systemic Insecticide a Restricted Use Pesticide. The label observed by the Circuit Rider predated this. EPA took this action to ensure the product with old labeling is taken out of the marketplace.
