Case summary

On March 22, 2011, EPA Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order to initiate and simultaneously resolve an administrative action filed under Section 313 of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act of 1986 (EPCRA) with Fiber-Fab, LLC. EPA alleged that Fiber-Fab, LLC, a manufacturer of shower stalls and bathtubs located in Gervais, Oregon, violated EPCRA Section 313 and 40 C.F.R. Part 372 by failing to submit a timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Form (“Form R”) for styrene for calendar year 2008. Fiber-Fab, LLC has agreed to pay a penalty of $17,000.
