On April 14, 2011, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order (CAFO) that resolves violations of EPA’s Federal Implementation Plans under the Clean Air Act for Indian Reservations in Idaho, Oregon and Washington (a.k.a. FARR) by Jackson’s Service, Inc., who owns and operates a fueling facility located in Nespelem, Washington, on the Colville Indian Reservation.
