Case summary

On Dec. 10, 2010, Region 10 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order against Misty Meadow Dairy in Tillamook, Oregon. During a January 2010 inspection, EPA Region 10 inspectors found that Misty Meadow Dairy was discharging manure-contaminated runoff from the Dry Cow Facility and other process waste water from the feed loading area, into Dougherty and Hoquarten Sloughs.
