The violation resulted from an 80-gallon spill of diesel fuel into Ellisport Bay in Lake Pend Oreille, Idaho on Aug. 12, 2009. Kramer Marine conducted a cleanup that was completed on Aug. 17, 2009, and has agreed to pay a penalty of $13,500 to settle this matter.
