On May 15, 2007, the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) began a product label review for Mold and Mildew Guard, Inc.s product Mold and Mildew Guard. ODA was concerned that this product may be an unregistered pesticide and forwarded the information to EPA for further review. After consideration of this information, EPA has determined that Mold and Mildew Guard as currently manufactured, packaged, and labeled is an unregistered pesticide. As a result, this product must first be registered with the EPA as a pesticide before it be legally sold and distributed in the United States.
