Case summary

Wilco-Winfield LLC had been producing/repackaging at an unregistered facility in Mt. Angel, Oregon. This violation came to light when they purchased a production facility from another company that was delinquent with their reports. Wilco-Farmers submitted a 3540-16 for all facilities to ensure that all facilities that were currently producing were registered with EPA. The facility in Mt. Angel was producing under a number from a former facility of theirs that had been de-activated years ago.
