Case summary

Establishment has failed to submit or submitted annual pesticide production reports twice in the last three years. A notice of warning was issued after 2003 which notified the establishment that a civil penalty would be issued if their annual report was late in the future. The 2005 report was never received. Additionally, the 2006 report due to the EPA by March 1, 2007 was received on March 22, 2007. These are two violation counts on this. ONe for the non-reporting in 2005 and then one for the late reporting in 2006.
