The owner or operator of a stationary source shall revise and upae the RMP submitted at least once every 5 years from the date of its initial submission or most recent update requried by paragraphs (b)(2) through (b)(7) of 40 CFR Sec 68.190 whichever is later. Trident Seafoods Corporation's original RMP was submitted in 1999. The RMP was not updated and resubmitted by their 2004 deadline (Sec 68.190(b)(1).
