Case summary

All Respondents filled jurisdictional wetlands on property owned by them which is in a common subdivison (NW Quarter of Section 4, Township 17 North, Range 9 West, Willamette Meridian) in Aberdeen, WA. Respondents received unilateral administrative orders (UAOs) to restore the filled areas. Respondents submitted a comprehensive restoration plan & mitigation project for all impacts. Thus, EPA is converting the previous UAOs to a joint consent order. CWA Case # 10-2005-0192 supercedes the following CWA Case #'s: 10-2004-0177, 10-2004-0178, 10-2004-0180, 10-2004-0192, & 10-2005-0011.
