EPA Region 10 received a tip that the Respondent was selling and distributing counterfeit/ foreign (unregistered) Advantage and Frontline Flea and Tick pet products. An inspection of the facility revealed that the Respondent was selling and distributing the unregistered pesticide products. Products were removed from the shelves at the time of the inspection and a formal SSURO was issued shortly thereafter.
