Lynn Moses and his contractor dredged and filled a .64 mile section of Teton Creek, placing fill on the banks, and constructing a ramp down into the creek, several log drop structures and a channel crossing. Our AO will ask the defendent to remove the log structures and the fill at the top of the banks, and plant the riparian zone, monitoring the for vegetation recovery for a period of five years.
