Case summary
On December 17, 2003, a Broker working for Respondent notified the EPA regarding an importation of Respondent's product called Anti-Bug Balm. The product was being returned to the Respondent at the direction of the Canadian government because the product did not comply with the Canadian Pest Control Act. Since the product also does not comply with FIFRA were are issuing this SSURO prevent the further distribution and sale of the product and to ensure that the product is delivered to Respondent for destruction or relabeling, which ever the respondent chooses.
