'Within USEI''s 2000 TRI Report UAEI did not include two(2) constituents that exceeded the applicable TRI thresholds. Specifically, USEI otherwise used 296 lbs of Mercurey and 5,787 lbs of PCB during the 2000 reporting year. On Oct 29, 1999 the EPA promulgated the final rule, the threshold for 2000 was reduced from 10,000 lbs to 10 lbs. All other constituents on the 2000 TRI Report are correct including PBT and non-PBT constituents.'
