THE STORAGE POND HAD BEEN REPAIRED AS OF THE INSPECTION DATE. THE VIOLATION HERE IS THE CONTINUING DISCHARGE FROM THE MANURE DEPOSITION AREA INTO THE DRAINAGE DITCH WHICH IS CONNECTED TO WATERS OF THE U.S. SMALL ENTITY.
