On 6/17/2026 EPA and MSE Supplies LLC. settled for violations of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide act involving the import of misbranded pesticide devices and failure to file a Notice of Arrival. MSE Supplies LLC. agreed to pay a penalty of $16,200. Under the conditions of the Expedited Settlement Agreement, the company was allowed to relabel the devices to bring them back into compliance and import into the US.
