Case summary

The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 9 ( EPA ) and The Odom Corporation, Odex Kauai, LLC, Odex Lihue, LLC, Odex Hilo, LLC, and Anheuser-Busch Sales of Hawaii, Inc. (each individually a Respondent and together, Respondents ) (collectively with EPA the Parties ) agree to settle this matter and consent to the entry of this Consent Agreement and Final Order ( CA/FO ). This CA/FO is an administrative action commenced and concluded under Section 1423(c)(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( SDWA ), 42 U.S.C. Section 300h-2(c)(1), and Sections 22.13(b), 22.18(b)(2) and (3), and 22.45 of the Consolidated Rules of Practice Governing the Administrative Assessment of Civil Penalties and the Revocation/Termination or Suspension of Permits, as codified at 40 C.F.R. Part 22.
