Case summary
On May 09, 2023, the Arizona Department of Agriculture (AZDA) conducted a For Cause inspection at Palm Valley Golf Club. The inspection was in response to a complaint from a homeowner concerning the use of pesticides on May 3rd, 2023, that drifted onto the complainant's property. On March 19, 2024, EPA Region 9 issued a Notice of Warning to Palm Valley Golf Club for violating Section 12(a)(2)G) of FIFRA.
