Case summary
On February 1, 2023, EPA and ADEQ conducted a joint inspection of the Mohave Water System. During the inspection, inspectors requested that operators provide a copy of the RRA and ERP for review. The RRA and ERP could not be located and were not available for review. Respondent failed to maintain copies of the RRA and ERP for the System as specified in Section 1433(d) of the SDWA, 42 U.S.C. Section 300i-2, in violation of Section 1433(d). EPA is issuing this Order to address the violations and to place the Respondent on an enforceable schedule to comply with the requirements of Section 1433 of the SDWA.
