The United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region IX (EPA) and Golden State Water Company ( Respondent ) enter into this Administrative Order on Consent ( Consent Order ) for the purpose of bringing the public water system located at 17690 CA-113, Robbins, CA 95676 and referred to as PWS ID No. CA5100107 (hereinafter Robbins System or System ) into compliance with the requirements of the federal Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA), 42 U.S.C. Section 300f et seq., and its National Primary Drinking Water Regulations (NPDWRs), 40 C.F.R. Part 141. 350 residents will be protected from harmful contaminants in their drinking water.
