Parties Settle the CAA Violations discovered as a result of inspections. Little Me imported 120 chain saws and 30 hedge trimmers on November 15, 2020, 220 Chainsaws on December 4, 2020 and 70 Chainsaws on December 13, 2020. All engines did not have Emission Control Information label indicating EPA certification. Also they did not have EPA declaration form or valid EPA Certificate of Conformity. Settlement agreement reached on March 16.
