An Emergency Administrative Order ( Order') issued by the United States Environmental Protection Agency ( EPA ) to Oasis Mobile Home Park ( Oasis ) under Section 1431 of the Safe Drinking Water Act ( SDWA ), 42 U.S.C. section 300i. EPA has determined that conditions exist at Oasis' public water system (PWS 090605129) ( the System ) that may present an imminent and substantial endangerment to the persons served by the System. EPA has made this determination based on recent sampling that indicated high arsenic levels in the distribution system, well source water, and at the entry point to the distribution system ( EPDS ). EPA previously issued an Emergency Administrative Order to Oasis on August 27, 2019 for previously identified imminent and substantial endangerment conditions and this order remains open.
