SaferGro Laboratories, Inc are hereby advised to take all the necessary actions to assure that any further sale or distribution of their product is made in full compliance with the provisions of FIFRA. Failure to do so could subject to civil administrative enforcement action and can result in civil penalties of up to $19,936 per violation
