Case summary
A Notice of Warning, issued pursuant to Section 14(a)(2) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 9, regarding violations of FIFRA Section 12(a)(2)(G), 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(2)(G). Based on information from our inspection, we determined that there were multiple noncompliance issues related to the FIFRA WPS and pesticide label requirements. Within 30 days of receipt of Notice of Warning, Watson Farm will provide information in writing (preferably by email) to EPA and Guam EPA of all corrective actions taken, or if a corrective action cannot be made within 30 days, provide the date by which they will take corrective action.
