This Administrative Compliance Order on Consent (AOC) is issued pursuant to the authority vested in the EPA by Section 309(a) of the Clean Water Act. Respondent shall bring its Facility into compliance with the 2015 General Permit by (i) implementing appropriate stormwater controls, including structural and good housekeeping best management practices to minimize and prevent the discharge of pollutants in stormwater in a manner that reflects best industry practice considering technological availability and economic practicability and achievability; and either (ii) filing a complete and accurate NOI and revised Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan with the State Board for General Permit coverage; or (iii) filing a NONA that meets 2015 General Permit requirements.
