Case summary
A Notice of Warning, issued pursuant to Section 14(a)(2) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 9, regarding violations of FIFRA Section 12(a)(2)(G), 7 U.S.C. 136j(a)(2)(G). On April 2, 2019, an EPA inspector, along with Guam Environmental Protection Agency (Guam EPA) staff, conducted an announced and routine inspection, at Wusstig Farm, located on forty acres in Dededu, Guam. Based on information from our inspection, we determined pesticides were not used in conformance with the pesticide labeling and with FIFRA Worker Protection Standards pursuant to 40 CFR Part 170.
