This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and Liquid Transport, LLC, and Liquid Transport Corp., (Respondents), for Respondents' alleged violation of the Clean Air Act federally approved and federally-enforceable California State Implementation Plan Regulation to Reduce Emissions of Diesel Particulate Matter, Oxides of Nitrogen and Other Criteria Pollutants From In-Use Heavy-Duty Diesel-Fueled Vehicles, codified at title 13, section 2025 of the California Code of Regulations (the Truck and Bus Regulation ). To settle this matter, Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $150,000 and certified to EPA that it is now in compliance with the applicable regulation.
