Respondent agreed to comply with the applicable requirement by closing the LCC at 79-7393 Hawaii Belt Road, Kealakekua, Hawaii, and replacing it with a system that meets EPA and Hawaii Department of Health regulations. Respondent also agreed to payment of a civil penalty of $30,000 to settle the matter.
