(Respondent) for alleged violations of the Clean Water Act Section 301(a) on at least twenty-nine (29) days by discharging pollutants into stormwater from a point source into waters of the United States without NPDES permit authorization, and by discharging process wastewater from a point source without NPDES permit authorization on at least three (3) occasions on November 18, 2016, June21, 2017 and April 18, 2018. Respondent agreed to pay a civil penalty of $28,900 to settle the matter.
