This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order between US EPA and True View Windows & Glass Block, Inc. (Respondent) of Phoenix, Arizona, to settle Respondent's alleged violation of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) by failure to provide notification to property owners where Respondent performed construction activities that activities may result in exposure to lead-based paint, and to provide documentation that renovator held EPA certification. To settle the matter, Respondent paid a civil administrative penalty of $15,060 and will perform a Supplemental Environmental Project costing $14,940 to purchase no less than six (6) LeadCare II blood lead analyzers and one box of LeadCare II test kits per analyzer to not-for-profit health care clinics in Maricopa County, Arizona.
