On June 26, 2018, USEPA conducted Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) inspections at the Navajo Agricultural Products Industry (NAPI) and it lessees. EPA evaluated compliance with the Agricultural Worker Protection Standard (WPS), and found the following violation: the pesticide safety poster at the central posting did not contain the updated content required by 40 CFR section 170.311(a)(3).
