This Consent Agreement and Final Order (CA/FO) is entered into by USEPA and Titanium Metals Corporation (Respondent), for Respondents alleged violations of the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA), and the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) at its facility on Water Street in Henderson, NV.
