This settlement resolves violations including: treatment of hazardous waste without a permit; offering hazardous waste for disposal without a manifest; failure to prevent releases of hazardous waste; failure to make a hazardous waste determination; storage of hazardous waste without a permit; and failure to properly label used oil and respond to used oil releases. The majority of the violations resulted from the improper use of a bulb crusher.
