This is a Consent Agreement and Final Order for $0 penalty pursuant to Section 312 of EPCRA issued to Respondent PCC Rollmet Inc. (Respondent) pursuant to its voluntary disclosure of violations of EPCRA §312 at its Irvine, CA facility prior to Respondent's ownership acquisition.
