Acme Aerospace designs and manufactures high-power bettery charges, power supplies, fibel nickel cadmium batteries, and back up systems. Facility generates hazardous waste. During a March 20, 2008 inspection, EPA found the following violations: failure to keep HW containers closed, failure to label HW containers, failure to maintain aisle space among containers of HW, failure to prepare a manifest for transport of HW, and failure to maintain the facility to prevent releases of HW. Facility will pay a penalty of $31,300.
