The U.S.EPA issued a Federal Administrative Order for failing to comply with the Long Term 2 Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule of Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Subpart W. of the SDWA. System failed to meet a July 1, 2008 deadline for submittal of a sample schedule, as required by the LT2 Rule. The Order required, among other things, that the System submit a source water sampling schedule to EPA by the deadline provided in the Order.
