This is an Administative penalty action pursuant to Section 304, 311 and 312 of EPCRA, and Section 103 of CERCLA issued to Rousseau Farming Company. The violations involve a release of ammonia on November 26, 2005, and the Respondent's failure to immediately report the release to the NRC, the LEPC, and the SERC, as well as their failure to timely submit Manufacturer Safety Data Sheet information, and annual chemical inventory forms to the SERC, LEPC, and local fire department.
