Case summary
This is an administrative penalty action pursuant to SDWA issued to Mr. Scott Lawson ( Respondent ), the owner and operator of Indian Village Mobile Home Park. Respondent failed to comply with the monitoring and reporting requirements stated in EPA's administrative order of September 3, 2004 (see 09-2004-0405). The violations included failure to meet the deadlines for monitoring and reporting for lead and copper, monthly total coliform bacteria, VOCs, SOCs and radionuclides. Respondent also failed to issue Consumer Confidence Reports for years 1998-2003 and to submit a sampling plan (30 days after the Sept. 3, 2004 order).
