Case summary

The Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) is a CERCLA Section 122(h) settlement with 10 private parties and 5 federal agencies who sent explosive waste to the Denova Environmental Site. EPA performed a time critical removal action at the Denova Site to remove over 750 containers of hazardous wastes and 550,000 pounds of explosive wastes.
