This is a Bankruptcy Referral Report against ASARCO, LLC for past and future environmental response costs under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and for collection of an existing civil administrative penalty ASARCO agreed to in a Consent Agreement and Final Order under the Clean Air Act.
