Case summary

This is an Administrative Compliance Order order issued to KB Home Nevada Inc. for the permanent filling of 0.914 acre of waters of the U.S. (ephemeral washes) on a 160-acre site called Huntington in Las Vegas, Nevada. Discharge of fill took place during grading activities from September through December 2003. The Order directs respondent to cease all activities in waters of the U.S. and to avoid discharges of dredged or fill material into waters of the U.S. onsite, unless in compliance with a Department of Army permit.
