Case summary

This is an Administrative Consent Order (ACO) pursuant to section 122 of CERCLA (42 U.S.C. �9622), to recover EPA's costs incurred in oversight of a 1997 Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) to these parties. By agreement between EPA and the parties, cost recovery will be paid in the amount of $3000. The ACO also terminates EPA's previously issued UAO, as the Nevada Department of Environmental Protection is taking the lead on the Site and overseeing the work pursuant to a separate agreement signed with the parties.
