Case summary
This is an AOC pursuant to Section 122(h) of CERCLA issued to Desert Star Group, Inc. ( DSGI ). Pursuant to this Agreement, DSGI will sell all of its real property, including the Polar Star Mine Superfund Removal Site, and ensure that 95% of the net proceeds from the sale are paid to the superfund trust in resolution of CERCLA removal past cost recovery claims.
